Embarrassed or Amused?

There are time when I don't know whether to be embarrassed or amused, in regards to the money and resources wasted on superfluous research/studies and additional agency creation.
Million dollar research study to determine what every mother knows. That kids who sit in front of the TV stuffing their face with junk, are more likely to be overweight. In comparison to those that play outside.
An agency to sell (at inflated prices) and install CFL bulbs(for a modest fee of course).
Well, hell I could go on but it just irritates me.
